is it easy to set up torrents on their vrs for 7.95

you won't be able to reach more then 1-2 mb with 1-2 torrents opened, they have RESOURCES cap on their VRS, like number of TCP Buffer size, if it goes from Green to Red it just crash the server, and will do it with torrents on cheapest VRS

Keyweb isn't torrent friendly at all, not even worth checking it out.

Some companies offering seedboxes on these forums are resellers for KeyWeb so I don't see a problem with KeyWeb...

p2p is not legal for keyweb but i didnt have problems with them btw hosting ie is reseller of it afaik...

Well you need to pay for three months If you go with keyweb.
So If they happen to find out that you are using p2p your money is gone.
