HDBits Password Issues

Did some Googling and happened upon this forum..

I have a 3.0+ ratio at HDBits and lost my hard drive, which included my stored password. The password reset function does not work for me - it provides passwords but they're all invalid. Anyone know if there's an e-mail or IRC channel I can seek out support in? Username: kronik . Thanks. :cry:
