There are some good streaming video downloaders, but if you don't have a good one or if it will not download the video then this will work
This only works with Internet Explorer
C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
When you play streaming video with Internet Explorer wait for the video to fully buffer, then it will appear in the Temporary Internet Files folder
Then in the Temporary Internet Files folder select the view to be Details, then in the order of size, then copy the largest file to a new folder, then rename it
Sometimes you have to add the file extention, for example if it is flash video it would be .flv
If you want to just direct download the videos instead
This site converts the links of many video streaming sites to the direct download links for the videos
http://clipnabber.com/
These are some good sites that index video
On Surfthechannel if you select 'Channels' then you can select movies and tv shows
