You have your star now, so you can make a Bitme req now.

I suggest you ask here if Bitme actually has content you're looking for first.

Oh, when writing a req, be prepared to be able to show your potential inviter that you can maintain a ratio at a hard to seed site and write a long explanation as to why you'd want to be a member.

PS: Those aren't the rules, that's just my free tip.
