Ea Rugby 2004

Has anyone else played this, I was so happy to find it on suprnova, I have been looking for a ruger game for a long time. Thought this would be good, I mean EA does not make the best sports games - but they deffinetly dominate the PC market.

Anyway just terrible - graphics terrible, gameplay a complete joke. Could not configure controller axis at all.

Just all around one of the worst game I have ever played, just wanted to ask has anyone else played? Did I miss something?

I guess that there is not a perceived big market for a ruger game so not much resources put into it, but this was sad.

Was just about to download it from supernova myself when i read this, dont think ill bother now ;) I agree about there being absolutely no rugby games available, yet we get inundated with american football, baseball and basketball games. On the plus side though i know there is a rugby league game currently in development due out for next year so hopefully they wont mess it up.

I hope so, I think that it would be hard to get gameplay right for a ruger game, but if they could it would be incredible fun.

well i cant wait to see the mighty wigan warriors thrash bradford in october too :P
the game i mentioned was featured in rugby league world last month but my sodding brothers taken my copy so i cant remember the name! looks decent though(and only aussie teams so far but thats better than nowt)
