im trying to play some music file and it says I need a licence to play them, but it says it has already been share and wont give me one

I cant play any of my downloads it says i need a licence but it wont give me one because the song is being shared on multiple computers

Thats why i use Soulseek, or sometimes even KazaaLite(242).
