it is against 99% of trackers out there, if not all of them. getting an invite there is not as hard as you might think, i would never go for an account to a tracker, regardless of which one that is.

Who can I give my invites to?
You can give them to people you trust, if the user you invite does something wrong, your account may be disabled.

But I would be pretty amazed if they are not against public give aways - im quite sure they wouldnt allow it. But doubt a guy giving away his account, really care about tracker rules ;)
