If so, Torrentleech.

I might be wrong since I've never used I2P before but I2P has nothing to do with trackers and is a protocol that can even be used outside of bit torrent. In other words, every tracker can use it.

As far as I know I2P is like tor except tor can be used to access anything on the net. I2P can only access one client on the network to another client on the network (i think), so if there are no peers (or seeds) using I2P then it will be pointless to use.

The point of I2P is to avoid man in the middle attacks for sensitive data aka making sure the files you're downloading do not get tampered with. It does not hide your IP from the tracker like tor does, so for downloading on private trackers using I2P is pointless.

edit: wouldn't enabling transfer encryption on your bit torrent client be more efficient and provide the same result except it can be used with just about all peers on the trackers?

Because if you donate they don't give a wet slap about your ratio.
