According to the Oink's site, the court case date got pushed back again.
I was just looking yesterday and it said 23rd. Now its May 15.

How much longer can they keep doing this. It's getting ridiculous. They got nothing on Alan.

This is pretty stupid. The oink cases keep getting delayed longer and longer. Are they trying to find some evidence during these delays? If so, these guys are losers lol.

They are bunch of idiots who cannot understand the mechanics behind the torrent peer to peer file sharing.

A random kid from the street knows more about it than those officials. It's ridiculous, seriously.

What AkaiDoresu is saying is actually true...

my guess is that the prosecutor have found it a lot harder to build a strong case against him than he first thought.

it took Håkan Roswall more than 2,5 years to build his case against the pirate bay.

EDIT: or actually 2,5 years is incorrect. it took quite a while for the police investigation to finish aswell :P.. still, these are very complex cases for these dinosaurs ><

Hehe, hope OiNK gets back on track. That would've been something.

Haha, Håkan, his voice would probably make people with trouble sleeping sleep.

Been posted in the News section already.

It isn't even "news" anymore as the delay was weeks ago.
