as long as your email is secure I think u are ok since they cant click that link to reset your password. It appears someone knows your account name and email. But hasnt hacked anything correct? Now would be a good time to change your email password probably (unless u know it is secure)

Can you recover your password through your email? (click the "i forgot my password" or whatever)

If they really hacked your account, and changed your email, it should be quite obvious to HDB staff, unfortunately I cant help with that.

they did not hack anything, somebody just knows you are using this email on hdbits and tried to recover it. it happened to me once on sct, and i found out it did a guy who invited me to somewhere... if you got any invite here or on any other forum, i would focus on those persons who sent you an invite firstly. no, firstly, i would change that email and pass just to be safe ;)
