Dunno about Smoking, but PreToMe is ratio-free for sure (as I know seed-time is 72 hours). TVT is just saying that you must maintaion GLOBAL ratio, they don't look on every torrents ratio.

Yeah, pretome is definitely ratio free. It appears to only count your upload. I recently signed up there out of curiosity, and still can't get over at what a gem of a site this is.

As mentioned, PTN is ratio free (at least in the traditional sense) and has lots of HD content (movies, tv shows, etc.) Has a really nice design too, for what its worth.

the problem is definitely not the speed, it's the fact that people don't feel necessary to seed a long time when there's no ratio to maintain so many torrents die faster than any other tracker's ones.

ratioless trackers are very popular and have many seedbox users so speeds are generally fast.
when a torrent is about to die, speeds are generally slow on every tracker, not only ratioless ones.

ps: there aren't any fakes on serious private trackers.
