"pre" are echoed out to the "channels" after it's pre'd of course to the hidden directory on the "topsite".

If you are looking for a pre channel ask at your favorite Bt site

public pre chans are okay for the average torrent user, i don't see why it matters if it's echoed or not. if you were told it was not echoed but it actually was, i doubt you'd notice the difference.
