ThePlace is for people who can't get laid. The best learning tracker is BitMe which tracks about 13,000 torrents. Then it's Bitspyder which tracks about 8,100 torrents. After that they all suck. ElbitZ only tracks about 2,600 torrents.

remember long time ago a mate mentioned the name of an old tracker called 1C(not the game company), a russion e-learning tracker maybe? any1 know more about it at all ? url ?
