No, you can't.
Bitsoup does not have an invite system, and we can not give you what simply
does not exist.

Seeing there are no clear advantages to an invite system, yet a good many clear
disadvantages do exist, we have chosen not to have an invite system for Bitsoup.

New members are allowed to sign up only when and if free member slots become

If it's just an account with nothing uploaded or downloaded then I really can't see anyone wanting that. Bitsoup has regular open sign-ups and is not a difficult site to get into.

You'd be better just deleting the account to free space for someone to sign-up under their own nick.
