Best Cleaning Program

I need a good all in one cleaning program that cleans all the windows crap, temp folders, internet temp pages, registry, etc.

I have been using Ashampoo WinOptimizer but they have not updated in years. So I swithced to the Platinum version (:)) and guess what the dumb thing tried to delete my eMule temp files !!!! This program is so useless.. So I am looking for something that does a descent job. Anyone can help mw with that?

I have that version of system mech pro 4 off of supernova and for some reason when I enter the serial from the keygen it reboots my system. Then when I run system mech again it still has the evaluation period remaining.
