ATC is a fairly new tracker specializing in (western) cartoons, anime, manga, comics, and other similar stuff.
I'm quite fond of this tracker so I hope to invite people who will actually use it. If you have any questions about the content on the site please ask in this thread or shoot a PM my way.

2. Post a speedtest from today just for kicks. (I'm not overly concerned about speed!)
