Has any one got CoD5 1.4 patch to work on RELOADED install?

I play using a legit copy, so I just wanted to rub in the fact that Knee Deep & Nightfire are some of the nicest maps I've ever seen (after years of playing custom map servers in the CoD series). Knee Deep is a framerape though.
