I'm d/l "Medal of Honor Breakthrough" as we speak and i was just wondering if i can play online through my original MOH game without the need for new Serials etc.?

Yes, you can. MOHAA does not use CD-KEY Verification.

i was just meaning games you can play online that you&#39;ve downloaded

vietcong and unreal tournamet (plus red faction) will all work online without a real serial (or any serial)
