hey all, i was wondering if any1 knows a program that can help me in controllin my network traffic a lil bit, we r supposed to have certain rules for downloading times n stuff, but ppl just tend to not follow them, we used to use netcut for whoever breaks em, but i think ppl found a way to breakthrough net cut..so if there are any alternatives who are actually working..PLEASE tell!..thanks :)
