i was looking around the net and found this MOBO (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=241233) and was wondering if it was a good deal? i know the brand isnt all that good but its only $50 and free second day shipping.

CPU: Socket 478 Intel Pentium 4, Celeron CPU, with 400/533 MHz FSB
Chipsets: VIA P4X400 + VT8235
Form Factor: ATX
Memory: DDR200/266/333/400 DDR SDRAM (one DIMM to DDR400), 3 x 184 pin DIMM, Up to 3GB
IDE / S-ATA / RAID: ATA133/100/66
Expansion Slot: 8X AGP device 5 PCI slots
Built in Audio / VGA: Realtek ALC650 6 channel audio
USB: 6 USB 2.0
LAN: VIA VT6103 10/100 Fast Ethernet

Its not the best chip set, there are better onboard audio, etc etc, but for 50 bucks, thats a good deal.

And I have no complaints with Shuttle. Atleast its not a no name company.
