Iso Software Wanted

on this computer i dont have a burner, but i would still like to make iso to use as vrtual cd etc, and to create iso to burn on my other computer and things, is there any software that just creates iso, not burning software etc,
any help appreciated, thanks.

I havent heard of this before, but try winISO. I think i remember that you can do that. (but i am not sure)

just had a look, looks like it could do what i want, cheers. im getting the pro version of emule now.
