Then you're using a horrific news server.

I might get 1 or 2 incomplete files a year.

Why would you waste $50/month when you can spend $11/month on Astraweb and have access to more files?

Did you sign up at Astraweb? If so, you should get yourself a newsleecher and enter the account information.

If you're new to this, you might install GrabIt (http://shemes.com/) and try out. You can get all the groups available and look inside.
