Comic strips. I have an upcoming history project and i need to do a political cartoon. I need a program that can edit those textboxes in them anyone got one?

if the illustrations are ready and you just ned the textboxes, then any photo-editing software would do...i use paint shop pro [www.jasc.com] even for creating them cartoons...it comes with those text bubbles ready to use.
