Image Posting

Ive got a pic that I wanted to add in a thread, (a screenshot really).The problem is, none of the image posting sites will let me use the extension, 'bmp' and thats the one I get when I open the screenshot in paint. Is there another Windows program I should open the screenshot in or is there a way to convert to an alternative extension? Im boggled :blink: Any suggestions? :unsure:

Save the image as a jpg file.

I could suggest to use photoshop, but the fact that you use bmp files you probably never worked with it.
