Messenger Voice Conf Behind Router

hi..
could someone tell me if there is a method to use messenger behind NAT?? i have tried ENAT and its not working either..my isp does not have the loose UDP feature..(what that is ...i have no idea)..

what router do you have? im not sure about voice communications, but ive got everything else working through my router
