First 4 ppl to ask get them. No proofs required but please be a good IPT member and don't ask for an invite if you don't need it or aren't going to use it. I got into IPT via a giveaway so it only seems fair to give some away myself. PPl limited to home connections, like myself, should have no problem whatsoever keeping a good ratio on IPT.
