C++ Programming. File Manipulations

Hey
Does anyone know of any sites or have any info that will tell me how to rename files and create directories in c++? I've been looking for a while, but all of the file I/O tutorials on the web are complete crap.

still i would recommend http://www.cprogramming.com/ the tutorials are o.k and the forum is exellent full of really helpful people but remeber your netiquet and read the faq first ;)

a few ebooks as well would be excellent as well.
