hi guys
first time caller, so please be gentle with me. i received the paris/dakar rally game and I cannot open it. i've unzipped it into my folder but it has pf at the end of it. any help in getting this game to run or what i need to run it would be most appreciated.
i'm sorry if this is not the right forum also. new people eh. shoot 'em all.
thanks

have you tried renaming it to **********.iso or **********.rar just to see if that does anything?..make sure u remember the original name so u can change it back if that dont work
I just learned that this is a "private file" trying to get more info.
HUH? Just learned it can be either one of these good luck with that file:
PF = Aladdin Systems security software : Private File
PF = Archive
PF = ICC Profile: Windows ICM profile
PF = Monitor or Printer Profile File
PF = Progress Parameter File
PF_ = Midiprg Encore compressed file
I think the one u have is probably the first, second, or last one.

this morning I tried again to unzip the file from the 'my kazaa folders' to a new folder I had created and although it said '1436 files unzipped successfully' when I opened the folder there was nothing there. I don't really want to rate this file as bad if it's something I'm doing wrong. I might try the other forum or just delete it. anyway thanks for your time and patience.

No. Problem try using a program called WinAce and see what happens when u try to open it. Don't clik the file, open it from WinAce by cliking open see if that works.

Get a good AV to make sure it's not but I doubt it is.
