Don't really see the point in this .If you have proof that a member scammed you post a report .If it is true it would be my distinct pleasure to toss their sorry ass from the site otherwise as the rules state (and for very good reason) public accusations aren't allowed here and you risk penalty by making one.

Now I edited your post because until you offer proof it is a case of your word against his and there is no way to know what your real motives behind doing this are.
