just some advice...
it's not really a very good impression that you jumped into the invite/req section right after the month is over and that you only have 4 posts in the last month, I'd wait a bit before asking, gets a much better chance of succeeding in your req, my only request(which happened to be what or waffles as well) was fileed in 2 minutes(Craaaazy Fast!)

It's a freaking torrent site. They act like you're applying for a job with the CIA. It's that kind of elitism and pretension that makes me wish that someone would hurry up and drop the bomb. It's obvious that humanity is ruined. Just end it.

It's simply a way to show that you may have at least a tiny interest in being a contributing member.
What allows anyone a fair chance to join .You don't have to know anyone .You don't have to beg for anything .You get in purely on merit. That's rare and pretty darn great in my opinion.
