I think the topics for seperate seedbox-companies in general give more than enough info on speeds. Most 100Mbit-boxes can do anything from 3MB to 11.5MB per second (depending on their hardware-config) and most Gbit-boxes are rated anywhere from 25MB to around 70MB per second, again depending on their config.

Don't really see the point in posting a screenshot from a server that does, let's say, 115MB per second and having to explain it's a $600/month machine and everybody gets all weird about it or anything.

That was the maximum I ever saw on my seedbox...

Seen 60 MB/s on my old Windows/uTorrent GBit server, then it crashed :P not enough damn RAM

Getting 10 MB/s down, 8 MB/s up these days from several private trackers ;) ( Kimsufi L, Ubuntu)
