Read the FAQ :

If you invite a cheat you will get a warning for the first one if it ever happens again you will be banned too.

Err? It's written exactly like Yoann64 quoted in the FAQ. Read again.

Since the FAQ is publically accesible, means that you don't even need an account to read the FAQ, this can be verified rather easily.
