Can someone recommend a good MMA tracker ??
Hopefully, someonw can share their opinion about a good one with open signup or not much difficult to get in ??

If you want the big matches then a good 0day will probably have them in a big pack. MMA-Tracker is a good tracker which has instructionals and other stuff as well

No its not very hard most people their have invites and no other tracker can touch it for anything mma related.

Once you do get invited it's the only tracker you'll ever need for all things MMA.. ;)

Then mma tracker is the way to go. They have one of the most extensive selections of martial arts specific instructional material I know of. And the vast majority of it is relating to BJJ so you should definitely look for an invite there.
