Recommendations plzz?

I live in southeastern usa..Whats the fastest seedbox and best overall reliable? And can i download files fast on a seedbox then download from the seedboxx via http to my pc? (or even better access the files directly from the seedbox) How does it work. I just have good money and suddenly became interested in the world of seedboxes. Someone please enlighten me and set me straight...nuff said

Ow, and I read that a lot of people from USA seem to have slower FTP-connections to machines hosted @ OVH but that might also be regionally limited?

Yes OVH peering to USA is bad, which is why they don't even sell to US customers. server.lu is much better for US customers.
