Why when i talk online using my microphone which is embeded on top of my monitor I hear a very loud noice when i turn the volume up?
Any ideas why this happens?

It's called acoustic feedback. Any sound in the room is picked up by the microphone including the sound that is from your speakers. So the sound goes in a loop (endless circle). That's why you get that strange howl.

yep...if you want to use the mic for regular use, then its best to get one of those call-center type headsets.
