bext dvd to xvid converter i was using autogk but everything i do the sound is out of sync so im just wondering if there are anything better that will do the job and be in and have the audio in sync

Can you confirm ConvertXtoDVD does DVDtoX?

DVD To XviD there are tons, but this one would fit your needs nicely, it's a all-in-one, it can accept DVD sources or almost any other source.

handbrake is a good one.
Easy to use..and is a FOSS, which is equivalent to <3 ;)

I had too google Foss , free open source friendly . I'm getting too old for this . :dabs:

I tried handbrake this week to convert NHF videos to avi files. It worked great. Good quality and fast. It took like 20-30mins to do 2 hour movies.

dvd decrypter / autoGK. if your having sync problems upgrade your cpu.

For me, ConvertXtoDVD. Itīs a good program to convert XviD or DivX to DVD.

GK is no longer the preferred ripping method, AVIDemux has replaced it, well it's better anyway, and Handbrake as well.
