I Cant Install Gta3

it gets to 53 percent completed and then it frezes and a pop up appears saying main app errror: the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. can anyone help me on this?

Kinda - is it a bin or iso, if so you could try cdmage - I do not have a link someone else will.

If that does not work, or it is a rip, you could try the kazaa corruption fixer, I have not used this but I hear good things. Search the board for it and ye' shall find.

where did u dl it? if it's from klite, it's most likely corrupt. get it from emule, cuz i think bittorrent doesn't have it anymore

its an original cd and i just cleaned it and it installed lol. but when i play it it looks like im playin in slow motion. i can see the faded color when i move coming out. (dont know if that made sence) well i think it might be the graphics card now but im very confused. maybe some one knows

I recently (last night in fact) downloaded "gta3-therealdeal-nobull tin_unpacked517MB.exe" from K-Lite, and it works great. Dont forget the save game fix though!

Oooh - and this isnt actually piracy on your part, as you already have a proper copy of the game! Hehe!
