This is not entirely true (anymore). FL now has their own encoding group for foreign movies.

But yes, most of the content there can easily be found elsewhere.

Let us not open a can of worms there, I guess there are many who would dispute your "they are all the same" statement. I was just pointing out that there has been a (small) change as far as the content on FL is concerned lately.
