Which Program Is Best

Hi All,

Which is the best program and/or sites for downloading software relating to programming(VB, VBA & .Net).

I have heard Kazaa Lite++ is best can anyone confirm. I am after some software called "Total Access Developer Suite" or "Total Visual Enterprise Suite" but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Some pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks for the tip on suprnova Shad0w Hacker. I found this site "h**p://bitzi.com" where I could search for files before using the P2P software. Does anyone know of any other good search engines that are similair.
