I played Gran Turismo on my psx for ages. I had this beast of a GTR that was unbeatable.

Placing my vote for Gran Turismo as well - Though either the original or GT3 A-Spec; Maybe it's me but the second PSX outing didn't seem to have the magic of the first :(

Gran Turismo 2 ....i would say 3 but GT2 has alot more stuff on offer and if GT3 had all that GT2 had on offer then it would be the best game in the world without a shadow of a doubt!.......Also ToCa2 was really good

Grand Turismo 3 all the way. that game made me get into cars and soon enough I knew all the cars inside out (horsepower,torque ect.) It is an alsome game.
Need 4 Speed : Hot Pursuit 2 is also pretty good although its more unrealistic than GT3 but hey, its still good game.
