I'm looking for the "perfect" SSH tunnel provider. The ultimate SSH provider should have these qualities:
1. Be P2P friendly (and doesn't keep logs)
2. Fast connection and generous BW cap
3. Not be in the US and preferably in NL
4. =< $10 a month and take paypal
I keep finding VPN or seedbox providers but I only want an SSH tunnel. Below is a list of providers I have found and was hoping to discover better ones. Please post and suggest more providers since I haven't seen a comprehensive list of only SSH tunnel providers.
