View Full Version : What's The Biggest Thing You've Killed?

Mr. Mulder

So what is it? A deer an Elephant or something entirely different?

For me, it had to be this rat that lived in my garden. He was a tough little sod, I'll give him credit for that, but he is no longer with us

...JFK was allot bigger, but I didn't have as much trouble with him ;)

lol.
Don't get me wrong, I am a carnivore so I don't see anything wrong with killing for food and basic survival; it's just natural. However I truly dispise those who murder innocent animals for what they call 'sport', ie. mounting a stuffed head on their wall. Personaly, I think their head should be on a wall.

hunting is not a sport. a sport is a competition where oposing sides are given the same rules. Now if you give the animals weapons and teach them to shoot people, then hunting in the woods would be a sport. though it probalbly wouldn't be long before you found another interest.... :D

I think titey was referring to the first point:

1. a source of diversion
He didn't say if it was right or wrong, or pass any judgement at all, as far as I noticed

But technically it is a sport.

Though I've never understood why someone would need to do it "for sport" myself.

It's a "shit moustache". like a Mexican Bandit, that you get from "tossing salads". Hope that helps you. i think it's originally from Viz magazine, Roger Melly's Profanisaurus (bloody funny!!). ;)

Biggest thing I've killed : Probably a Tiger Shark whilst on holiday in Oz. Shot the bastard through the head with a rifle!! Got some of the teeth at home, also got some Great White teeth but I didn't get to kill that one (maybe next time!!)

I used to be quite a keen fisherman so I'm pretty blase about killing animals, I must stress I did used to eat most of the stuff I caught. I'm not a fan of killing for the sake of it. Just for recreational purposes!!!

OK biggest thing i have killed is one of those big ass red COCKROACHES. This wasnt ne normal cockroach. It was Evil.

I walked into the bathroom one day to have a shower when i saw this cockroach on the wall. It was very big and red and had fangs n shit. everytime i moved it would move closer to me.

I got a cup and through it at him and i got him an i thought it was dead. I then got some paper to pick it up and throw away but this cockroach had other plans. Just as i got within 30cm of it. it started to run after me so i jumped in the bath tub and i was safe for a moment. I was looking for something to kill it with and then i saw a can of deoderent and i sprayed it.

The damn thing wouldnt die it just ran in a crack. I quikly got out and got a shoe and when i got back i wated for it to come out of the crack. I wated and wated.

I thought never mind so i turned around to get a towel becaue there was none in the bathroom and when i tured around, this cockroach was on the wall standing their. I still had the shoe so i smashed the bug and it fell on the floor. It was on the floor now and it was slowly walking towards me again so i hit it again and again and again....

Eventually it died so i did the honourable thing and through it in the bin.

 I didnt have a shower for like a month after that.

The moral to this story is have a can of bagon everywhere I MEAN EVERYWHERE!!!!!

I have no beef with those who were born here or came here legally. It isn't the ethnicity that I'm adverse to. It's the "I'm here illegally and do nothing to better society, but gimmie, gimmie, gimmie."

The system sucks and the country is going to hell in a hand basket right before our very eyes. It's unfortunate that most people have theirs closed.

A fish. And I felt terribly sorry for it.

Skiz
06-23-2009, 05:08 PM
The only fish I ever feel bad for is catfish.

With most freshwater fish you simply cut the head off, thus killing it and then you scale and/or fillet it. Catfish are different though. You have to skin a catfish. And to ensure that the meat stays good you need to do it with the head intact.

We usually bring a hammer and a nail with us and put the nail in a tree. Then pop the catfish's bottom lip over the nail, skin it, and then fillet it. The head and organs are left on the fish and its still breathing throughout the entire process. I always feel bad and try to do it quickly.

I can't say I feel bad about killing anything else though.

No.

As an aside though, none of that alters basic human behavior...the problem is not Mexicans per se, but the fact that many of the ones who run out of breath just over the border (in time for some really cool benefits) are more properly referred to as "lazy bastards" whom by coincidence are also Mexican.

I'll also note that the Mexicans (illegal or otherwise) I have dealt with hereabout are sterling workers - bearing in mind also that the type of person previously described - again, hereabout - would more likely be Canadian.

We obviously need someone (certainly not B.O.*) who is capable of berating these people with whichever native religion is applicable (no, I don't mean SouBap.)

* I favor the acronym, as it saves me making undue-thus-politically-incorrect reference to his middle name)
