What is the file extension and the approximate file size? It may need to be unpacked or burned to cd if it is a .ISO or .BIN.
There is a tutorial that is pinned at the top of the software board describing these extensions.

unzip the file if it is zipped then run the exe and the installation menu should come up from there it's self explanatory

WinRAR and WinISO are what u need.

WinRAR for Zip and other archives
WinISO for Bin, ISO, etc

Finally someone with some sense. :D

Easy Coaster Creator doesn't even support burning bin/cue files.
And I just love their Product Comparison (http://www.roxio.com/en/products/ecdc/product_comparison.jhtml) with Nero. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see "* Compared to Nero Burning ROM 5.0"

These Roxio people are really retarded!

yes, that's right osty.

you can burn the iso with several programs...don't mind the weirdos. Alcohol 120% is the best.
