Email Form

where can i find an email form, which dont require any php or anything

i know there used to be one, which when you clicked "send" it started outlook and said something like:

"outlook will now send a message to:
address
subject: posted via internet explorer

i think the old tr shady site had it, but thats gone. any1?

I haven't checked any of the above links, but clicking the below will start your default e-mail client, specified in IE options, to send an e-mail to the address.
