Take for instance if you were to write something like " I don't believe this for a minute .If you ask me there would be only two kinds of people who would post something like thing and both of them are liars " .Then it's only an opinion and therefore acceptable.

However is you said something like "this guy is nothing but a scammer" then that would be an accusation and not acceptable. :)

indeed.
most of the users just assume that the trading section is a place where they must tread lightly. many infractions were due in the past as a part of being harassment to the OPs.
i reckon many are justified, if not most, but it also helped many people refrain their impetus when voicing their concerns about that particular trade, not trading in general.
i'm also fed up of those anti-traders, with their own agenda, that makes them no better than any other trader.
