i have small question , Is cheater/cheating affect on torrent speed ?
In other words , if i leech torrent from a tracker and there is 5+ ppl cheating on it , What is the effect of these ?

The speed will be the same, but the stats the cheaters report to the tracker would be different. So the actual speed would not be affected, but if you were to look at the speed in the peers/torrents page, then you would be wondering why the swarm speed is higher than what you can see in your client.

cheating does not affect "real" speeds. Period.
Your upload amount is nonexistent in the "real" stream of data flowing in the swarm.
So, If your upload amount is fictitious, your contributed speeds will also be fictitious. So, It "really" does not effect real speeds of the connected peers.

The cheating itself will of course have no affect on your speed as it simply is fabricating numbers. The leeching however and lack of seeds might.
