There are a bunch for usenet text message access, but how many are there for binaries?
As of this I'm aware of 2.

ninan - hxxp://www.ninan.org

Pro:
- Nice Web GUI
- User Management
- Auto repair (par2)
- Management for retrieving for par2 if necessary
- Auto unrar
- RSS
- Supports SSL

Contra:
- Java (for me its a contra ;) )
- Older version needed huge memory
- Downloads were often corrupted, so ...
- Downloads more than actually needed

SABnzbd - hxxp://www.sabnzbd.org/

Pro:
- Python
- Various templates for the webGUI
- Auto repair
- Auto unrar
- RSS
- Supports SSL

Contra:
- No user management

Gotn't to much experience with SABnzbd, maybe someone could add some more infos about this.
Are anymore out there?

Another web-based NZB grabber is URD. www.urdland.com
Not sure if there are Windows versions yet.

I tried out URD in Linux. It's much like Sabnzbd/Ninan, but in addition to downloading NZBs, it also supports groups and headers, just like a normal newsreader.
