So I Want Some One Help Me To Know The Way that allow me to add my ratio prof in message

It's proof, not prof.
Prof = professor, or professional. :P


Wait for someone else to answer, but proof is usually a screenshot of your ratio at some tracker.

If you're not a member at any trackers then...that trade/giveaway isn't for you. ;)
It could probably be added to the FAQ.

To make a ratio proof:

1. Take a screen shot while you are viewing what ever tracker you want. Make sure the statistics are in view. ( To take screen shot, click "PrtScn" button right above the "Home" button. )

2. Open some image editing software, like MS Paint.

3. Press Ctrl + V or do Edit >> Paste

4. Using some tool like brush, edit the screen shot so people can still get a general idea of your stats without knowing anything exact, like your username. )

5. Upload to image hosting site.

6. Add to a post. WOOT!

If you mean post an actual screenshot image in a PM ,it can't be done.
You can only link to it.
