want microsoft office 2007 clean up tools

microsoft office powerpoint 2007 is stuck, i cant uninstall it and i tried all uninstaller programs that are not provided from microsoft! is ther any official programs form microsoft itself!

Thanks Skizo , But I checked this tool b4 and it seems that it doesn't work with m\Microsoft Office 2007
