tl problem

hy!!! i have been disabled this morning from torrenleech and my ip was banned!!
i did absolutely nothing wrong!! maybe they thought that i have double account, but this is not the fact!! me and my roommate share the net through a router, so we have the same public IP... i do not have double account or something and i did not break any rule!!

if somebody could help me and explain this to a staff member over there i wolud be very gratefull!!
my user mane is Lucifer9999 and my roommate's is booggye!!!
